PSALM 404 03:47
Suffocating between these walls Oh Lord will you answer my calls? Consequences banging on the door They can't be ignored, not anymore
2.
GLUE 05:19
Something impersonal Something like gravity Is pulling me Down Teach me, feed me Bring me light Read me, lead me Make me right Descending into a deep dark hole Facing the unshielded animal (Oh) Under the many roles... I don' have a clue What kind of glue Could keep my face together Keep my faith together Keep my face together Keep my faith together Teach me, feed me Bring me light Read me, lead me Make me right
3.
Death lurks next door Fear’s a roommate You’ve no control Over your fate Beyond your borders Everything’s uncertain Pull the curtain Close the gate Your subconscious Is a gold mine Your subconscious Is a gold mine Your subconscious Is a gold mine Bricks on the screen Build up a world in your mind Panic with obedience Panic with obedience (Shut up and dance) In this shithole I feel unarmed Just watching the whole World fall apart It’s way beyond my power, I can’t win Feeling like a prisoner in my own skin Getting deeper in the forest of thrills I’m dissolving in a box of pills Panic with obedience Panic with obedience (Shut up and dance)

7_AM Lack_of_sleep Neck_pain Neck_tie Quick_coffee Slow_brain Disgust Fine Jesus_I_m_late La_la_la_la Blah_blah_blah_blah Yes_sir_I_understood No_dear_I_m_not_in_the_mood I_obey_my_parents I_show_respect_to_the_elderly I_only_speak_when_asked I_keep_my_room_clean I_always_do_my_homework He_who_does_not_work_shall_not_eat I'm a tooth of the monster I feed My face flows down to my feet I'm becoming invisible Disgraced and disposable Disgraced and disposable A world narrowed into a screen Disgraced and disposable A futile monkey-like machine
5.
Sitting on father's shoulder How exciting it was and yet how safe But now as he's getting older You're too much to hold and too insane to save And when you'll finally realize You can't touch the sky Can't push the sky Who'll be able to reach you that high? Rewound worn out tape A story played a million times About the boy in the skies About the one whose father said: "Son, never get too close to the sun!" But he just kept rising Can you recognize him? You see? Your feathers are running "Don't look down!" And you're repeating: "Don't look down!" But your voice is fading As fear becomes too loud (And) When you hit the ground The really unbearable noise Is the silence you leave behind
6.
In this hopelessness I could kill So I was told to take this pill Carrying my cross up the hill If God won't help me, a gun will Can you see it? Can you see it? Don't you fucking people See the black sun rising Over the horizon? I see a black sun rising Over the horizon See the black sun rising Over the horizon Am I insane or the world outside? Am I a visionary among the blind Or the lost one who's already impossible to find? Can you see the black sun rising on the mourning sky? Can you see it? Can you see it... In this hopelessness I could kill So I was told to take this pill Carrying my cross up the hill If God won't help me, a gun will ...On the mourning sky? Throw your stone into the lake And it won't make a single wave You are lost (Shut up!) No one hears what you say (Shut up!) No one sees what you see (Shut up!) See the black sun rising Over the horizon Don't you fucking people See the black sun rising... Over the horizon?

LABYRINTH 02:26
I don't know What language these people speak I can't recognize a word They don't seem to understand each other either The director's been killed I'm on stage A half-assed actor who forgot his lines An elusive force laughs into my face To be a human It's confusing these days Wherever I try to escape The way out of the labyrinth Leads to another one The more I learn, the smaller I become You and I We live in the same place And yet in different realities If only we could be simply enemies If only we could be simply enemies Oh Lord will you answer my calls?

THE TRAIN 04:38
On the train, on the way to the black sun How can we prepare for what is to come? Tomorrow fades away It's only you and me at the end of the day Imprisoned on this train I recognized my pain On your face I'm not alone In these bittersweet miles I'm here to make you smile 'Til I die You're not alone On the train, on the way to the dark Under the mourning sky when all the stars start to fall You are a tiny light Shining bright in the timeless night In the forest of thrills we've got deep into I'll never miss a photon of you Imprisoned on this train I recognized my pain On your face I'm not alone In these bittersweet miles I'm here to make you smile 'Til I die You're not alone

...AT LAST. 02:34
Hello If there's anybody left I want you to know That we really did our best To erase The possibility of life So if you're alive We apologize At least You don't need to be afraid of Hell It's been released And you're living right there At last You are the ending to our fight Stretch your legs in the cold ashes And turn off the light

about

'MELANCHOLIA' is a 2020 pandemic inspired concept album, which however is thematically much more comprehensive. Through the fears of the lyrical self, its desperate search for identity and answers, serious symptoms of the present crisis are revealed, such as isolation in a substantially more general sense than quarantine, social disintegration, the twilight of democracy, and the fact that we're using up our future.

Packed in mostly raw industrial electronics a cavalcade of genres unfolds from rock to jazz to chanson. In addition to the guitar and piano that have been dominant all along, sound samples of unusual in genre instruments including handpan and harp are also played.

While becoming more cinematic from song to song, the album sings the ballad of someone who is vulnerable to their instinct and thus to any manipulation aimed at it in the age of general paranoia and waiting for world's end, all embedded in a correspondingly dramatized and axious atmosphere musically.
